Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
  • If you are not satisfied for any reason we will provide a full refund within 10 DAYS from date shipped.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Email us at maggiesinwildwood@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  • Purchases with a Return Authorization number will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
  • If not shipped within the 10 days of when the RA is issued, said RA will be voided.
  • We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
  • The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
  • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

EXCHANGES

  • At this time we can offer an equal exchange if the item you received is damaged.
  • We offer free shipping on your damaged exchange item(s), which will be shipped to you via UPS ground.
  • Email us at maggiesinwildwood@gmail.com to provide your order information.
  • Once your return has been received back in our distribution center, a new item will be shipped.
  • Please note exchanges are subject to availability.
